As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, I have over 20 years’ experience working both in-house and as a consultant, working nationally and internationally across many sectors, including industrial, financial services, renewable energy, government and more.
As such, I bring a unique blend of a seasoned consultant’s external perspective and the hard-won understanding of what it actually feels like to lead from the inside. Critically, this helps me understand what my clients need from me, because I have been the client; equally, I know what real practical support a leader needs, because I have sat in the seat.

I have advised executive teams and senior leaders on leadership, team performance, organisational transformation and talent strategy, all in service of improving leadership impact. My work focuses on one key outcome: ensuring leadership is equipped to deliver on the business strategy, so organisations bridge the gap between ambition and results by strengthening how leaders think, align and lead in practice. Critically, I believe leaders must remain distinctly human in how they lead and deliver results.
Beyond work, keeping active and exercise is an important release, helping me stay at my best. Having benefited and been inspired by many in my life, I’m also committed to paying it forward, and supporting the next generation of leaders and under-represented talent through mentorship.
